Breaux Bridge – Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Monday, February 28, 2011, at St. Bernard Catholic Church for Mary Jane Latiolais, 78, who passed away on Friday, February 25, 2011, at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center.

Entombment followed at St. Bernard Mausoleum No. 2.

Fr. Allen Breaux conducted the services.

Mrs. Latiolais was a parishioner at St. Bernard Catholic Church and participated weekly in Holy Hour.

Survivors include her sons, Randy Latiolais and his wife Rena, and John Scott Latiolais, all of Parks; her daughter, Jan L. Cary and her husband Darrel of Rayne; her brothers, Jack and Isaac Hebert; her sisters, Belzire G. Menard and Mary Rose Castille; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Latiolais; her parents, Edith Webre Hebert and Joseph Hebert Jr.; her daughter, Brenda Latiolais; her brothers, John, Jim, George, Joseph and Rufus Hebert; her sisters, Lillian Hebert and her twin sister, Janet Jane Hebert.

A rosary was recited at 7 p.m. on Sunday.

Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge was in charge of arrangements.
