that Marie Shelton Darnell, the duly appointed, acting and qualified administratrix of the Succession of Mary Garcet Shelton, deceased, has, pursuant to the provisions of Code of Civil Procedure, Article 3281, petitioned this honorable court for authority to sell, at private sale, for the price of Forty Two Thousand Dollars ($42,000), payable in cash, the following described property belonging to the succession to-wit:

That certain lot or parcel of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon erected and thereto belonging, and all right of ways, privileges, servitude, passages, appurtenances, rights, ways, possessions, prescriptions and advantages thereto belonging and appertaining, being known and designated as LOTS 34 and 35, measuring approximately 96 feet North on Martin Street by a depth of 96 feet of the DOMENGEAUX ADDITION, to the Town of Breaux Bridge, Parish of St. Martin, Louisiana, and being bounded, now or formerly, on the North by Martin Street, on the South by Lots 28 and 29, on the East by Lot 33 and on the West by Babineaux Street, all of the said Domengeaux Addition as shown on plat recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 408 of the Records of St. Martin Parish, Louisiana. Being a portion of that same property acquired by Morris Shelton and Mary Garcet Zenon Shelton by sale dated November 21, 1949, recorded in Conveyance Book 191 at Page 149, under Entry Number 81434, and by Mary Garcet Zenon Shelton from Morris Shelton by sale dated May 22, 1972, recorded in Conveyance Book 665, at Page 388, under Entry Number 157836, records of St. Martin Parish, Louisiana.

NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the law made and provided in such cases, notice is hereby given, that Marie Shelton Darnell administratrix, proposes to sell the aforesaid movable and immovable property, at private sale, for the price and upon the terms aforesaid, and the heirs, legatees and creditors are required to make opposition, if any they have or can, to such course, within seven (7) days, including Sundays and holidays, from the day whereon the last publications of this notice appears.
