that by virtue of a WRIT OF FIFA issued out of the Honorable the 16th Judicial District Court, in and for the Parish of St. Martin, State of Louisiana, on December 9, 2010, and to me directed in the above and entitled and numbered matter, I have seized and taken in my possession and will offer for sale for cash, to the last and highest bidder, after due advertisement, according to law in the St. Martin Parish Law Enforcement Center, 400 St. Martin Street, St. Martinville, Louisiana at 11 :00 A.M. on Wednesday, March 2, 2011 the following mentioned and described property, to-wit:

A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all buildings and improvements located thereon, and all rights, ways and privileges thereunto appertaining, being, lying and situated in Sections 4,5,8 and 9, T9S-R6E, Fourth Ward, St. Martin Parish, Louisiana, East side of Bayou Teche, and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

The Western 332 feet of Lot 1 shown on a plat of survey by Fred L. Colomb, dated April 7, 1969, and attached to an Act of Partition dated June 11, 1969, recorded in Conveyance Book 619, Page 827, Instrument #147090, records of St. Martin Parish, Louisiana, said tract measuring 113 feet front on a public blacktop road by a depth of 332 feet, and being bounded, now or formerly, on the North by a large drainage ditch and/or property of Sanders Delhomme, on the South by Lot 2 of said survey (The Property of Joseph Alexander), on the East by the remainder of Lot 1 or the property of Victor Alexander, Sr., and on the West by a public blacktop road known as the 40 Arpent Road; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
