that by virtue of a WRIT OF SEIZURE issued out of the Honorable the 16th Judicial District Court, in and for the Parish of St. Martin, State of Louisiana, on November 5, 2010, and to me directed in the above and entitled and numbered matter, I have seized and taken in my possession and will offer for sale for cash, to the last and highest bidder, after due advertisement, according to law in the St. Martin Parish Law Enforcement Center, 400 St. Martin Street, St. Martinville, Louisiana at 11 :00 A.M. on Wednesday, January 26,2011 the following mentioned and described property, to-wit:

That certain lot or parcel of ground, together with all buildings and improvements thereon and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereto appertaining, and appurtenances thereof, situated in Section 79, Township 8 South, Range 6 East, St. Martin Parish, Louisiana, measuring eighty (80’) feet front on a State Highway, by a depth between equal and parallel lines of one hundred twenty-five (125) feet, and being bounded, now or formerly, as follows: on the Northeast and Southeast by the property of Clarence Lewis; on the Northwest by a State Highway; and on the Southwest by the property of W. M. Broussard; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.

Being the same property acquired by Patsy Lewis Zenon by act dated July 30, 1982 and recorded at Entry No: 877/867/207537, records of St. Martin Parish, Louisiana.
