Donald and Sharon Guidry of Cecilia announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Dena Monik, to Jonathan Wayne Robin. The groom-elect is the son of Anthony Sr. and Charlotte Robin of Arnaudville and Wanda Taylor of Henderson. The couple will exchange vows on Friday, Dec. 10, 2010, during a 6 p.m. Mass at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cecilia. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Donna Dieu and Mary Grace Guidry of Cecilia; and Dieu Donne and Ametile Miller of Breaux Bridge. The groom-elect is the grandson of Alice Sunda of Cecilia. The bride-elect is a graduate of Cecilia High School and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and is employed by LaJonction Rehabilitation and Therapy. The groom-elect is a graduate of Beau Chene High School, attended Louisiana Technical School and is employed by Tony’s Electrical.
