Loreauville – Kali Thibodeaux and Seth Babineaux were united in marriage on Nov. 27, 2010, during a 7 p.m. ceremony at St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Father Gary Schexnayder officiated the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Ms. Mona Thibodeaux of Breaux Bridge. The groom is the son of Mr. Robert Babineaux and Ms. Stacy Romero Babineaux, both of New Iberia.

Escorted by her grandfather, Jerry Hebert, the bride wore a gown of ivory satin. The strapless gown featured a draped satin bodice with a slightly dropped waist and a beaded embroidered detail and a ball gown skirt with all over beaded lace trim.

Maid of honor was Tana Guidry. Bridesmaids were Camille Babineaux, sister of the groom; Chelsi Roland, cousin of the bride; Alister Romero, cousin of the groom; Amy Betancourt, Megan Suire, Karly Guidry and Tricia Vice.

Best man was Dustin Suire. Groomsmen were Charlie Segura, cousin of the groom; Elliot Halphen, cousin of the groom; Brock Romero, uncle of the groom; Seth Beslin, Zack Armentor, Josh Gachassin and Quaid Broussard.

Ushers were Kelly Thibodeaux, uncle of the bride; Matt Moore, Grant Chataigier, Bron Segura and Cade Monte.

Flower girls were Sophia Romero, cousin of the groom; and Carmen Thibodeaux, cousin of the bride.

Ring bearer was Cameron Thibodeaux, cousin of the bride.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held at Loreauville Park Community Center.

After a honeymoon to Playa del Carmen, Mexico, the couple will reside in New Iberia.
