Hawaii – Ashley Dauphine and Stephen Dupuis were united in marriage on Oct. 24, 2010, during a 5:30 p.m. ceremony at The Fairmont Orchid.

The bride is the daughter of Nicky and Marcy Dauphine of Breaux Bridge. The groom is the son of Blaise and Pattie Dupuis of Breaux Bridge.

Escorted by her father, the bride wore a strapless gown made of ivory taffeta. The bodice featured a pleated sweetheart neckline and the dropped waist was wrapped in beaded lace. A Vienna cream sash accented the high waist. The gown continued in a fit and flare silhouette and was finished with a corset and closer and chapel train.

She carried a bouquet of white peonies, blue hydrangeas, yellow orchids, and stephanotis, adorned with white pearls and white ranunculus.

Matron of honor was Casey Dauphine Allen, sister of the bride. Maid of honor was Ashley Degeyter. Bridesmaids were Brooke Huval, cousin of the bride; Stacie Dupuis, sister of the groom; and Julie Pham.

Best man was Samuel Dupuis, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Blair Zuschlag, cousin of the groom; and Chien Nguyen.

Flower girl was Etatqie Claire Allen, godchild of the bride.

Upon their return from Hawaii, a reception honoring the newlyweds will be held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Zuschlag in Lafayette.

The couple will reside in Breaux Bridge.
