Two teens held in arson that killed resident
Police have not yet released information regarding an alleged motive by two teenagers charged with arson in a fire that killed a man Saturday.
Kevin Wiley, 36, was found dead on the floor of his bedroom in the mobile home that burned about 4 a.m.
Conner Thomas and Trey Seward, both 17, were charged with second-degree murder and aggravated arson after investigation by the State Fire Marshal’s Office.
Investigators determined that the fire originated in the area of the living room. The home was without electrical power at the time of the fire and was not equipped with working smoke alarms.
