Katie Domas
St. Martinville – Katie Domas, is a recipient of the Wanda B. Landry Scholarship, given by the St. Martin Volunteers for Family and Community.

Katie is the 17-year-old daughter of Rick and Michelle Domas. She is a senior at the Academy of the Sacred Heart, where she currently serves as the senior class president and the editor-in-chief of the yearbook.  She is also a student ambassador and a contributor to the school’s newspaper, the Coteau Courier.

In addition to her school activities, Katie has been an active member of 4-H for nine years. She has been selected as a member of the Louisiana State 4-H Food and Fitness Board for three years, holding the office of secretary this year.  She is also a member of the Lafayette Parish 4-H Jr. Leader Club, and just completed her year as vice president.

Katie will be attending the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in the fall, where she has been accepted into the honors program.  She plans to major in public relations. 

Olivia Marie LeBlanc, is also a recipient of the Wanda B. Landry Scholarship.

She is an honor graduate of St. Thomas More High School. She is the daughter of Charles and Evelyn Mills LeBlanc and the granddaughter of Dolores H. Mills and the late Vernon A. Mills.

Olivia will be attending UL-Lafayette in the fall, and will major in Art Education, with a concentration in early childhood education.

She will be a third generation educator and a fourth generation UL legacy.
