that by virtue of a WRIT OF SEIZURE issued out of the Honorable the 16th Judicial District Court, in and for the Parish of St. Martin, State of Louisiana, on SEPTEMBER 21st, 2010, and to me directed in the above and entitled and numbered matter, I have seized and taken in my possession and will offer for sale for cash, to the last and highest bidder, after due advertisement, according to law in the St. Martin Parish Law Enforcement Center, 400 St. Martin Street, St. Martinville, Louisiana at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, December 8,2010 the following mentioned and described property, to-wit:

A certain place of portion of ground, together with all buildings, structures and improvements thereon being a 60.779 acre tract of land situated in Sections 72, 73, and 74, Township 10 South, Range 6 East, St. Martin Parish, Louisiana, being more particularly described as follows:

Commence from the intersection of the easterly right-of-way line of Louisiana State Highway No. 31 and the- northerly right-of-way line of Moore Avenue for a point of beginning:

Thence proceed along the easterly right-of-way line of Louisiana State Highway No. 31 N 05°47’35” E a distance of 1481.93 feet to a point: thence proceed along the arc of a curve to the right a distance of 340.28 feet; said are having a radius of 806.98 feet and a long chord of N 6749’14”E 337.77 feet. to a point; thence proceed N 79°53’59” E a distance of 1231.23 feet to a point; thence proceed N 05°47’35” E a distance of 13.17 feet to a point; thence proceed N 80°31 ‘01” E a distance of 16.81 feet to the westerly right-of-way line of Levert Avenue; thence proceed along the westerly right-of-way line of Levert Avenue S 05°41 ‘36” W a distance of 953.98 feet to a point; thence proceed S 05°48’27” W a distance of 1042.49 feet to the northerly right-of-way line of Moore Avenue; thence proceed along the northerly right-of-way line of Moore Avenue N 84°09’21” W a distance of 1500.09 feet back to the point of beginning, containing within said bounds 60.779 acres or 2,647,523 square feet, more or less.

BEING THE SAME PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS:

That certain tract or parcel of land containing sixty (60) acres, more or less, together with any buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto pertaining, and all appurtenances thereof, together with all accretion and alluvion pertaining thereto, located in Sections 72,73 and 74, Township 10 South, Range 6 East, in the Third Ward of St Martin Parish, Louisiana on the West side of Bayou Teche and bounded on the North by Parish Road 3-19, South and East by Property of Levert-St. John, Inc., its successors and/or assigns and West by Louisiana State Highway No. 31.

Said property more fully shown between the letters ABCDA on that certain Map of Survey dated March 30, 2007 and prepared by Donald W. Gladfelter, Jr. P.L.S., attached hereto.

Being the same property acquired by LL St. Martin from St. Martinville, LLC by that Cash Sale dated April 10, 2006 and recorded April 10, 2006 in Book 1439, Folio 29 under File No. 386823 in the records of St Martin Parish, Louisiana.
