that by virtue of a WRIT OF SEIZURE issued out of the Honorable the 16th Judicial District Court, in and for the Parish of St. Martin, State of Louisiana, on August 31st, 2010, and to me directed in the above and entitled and numbered matter, I have seized and taken in my possession and will offer for sale for cash, to the last and highest bidder, after due advertisement, according to law in the St. Martin Parish Law Enforcement Center, 400 St. Martin Street, St. Martinville, Louisiana at 11 :00 A.M. on Wednesday, January 5, 2011 the following mentioned and described property, to-wit:

Domingue, Registered Land Surveyor, dated May 28, 1999 and amended March 13, 2000, copy of which is attached to Entry No. 313420 of the Conveyance Records of St. Martin Parish, Louisiana;; being the same property acquired by vendors by virtue of Entry No. 399747 of the Conveyance Records of St. Martin Parish. Louisiana.
