Garden Club member Marjorie Melancon demonstrated the construction of dried leaves into an abstract collage in low relief. The collages obtained visual depth by overlapping planes and juxtaposing color, pattern and texture.
Garden club member Marlene Castille exhibited an aloe vera plant as the horticulture specimen of the month. Lynne Bonin critiqued it.
The meeting was held at the home of Claudette Bonin.
