HEREBY NOTIFIED

AS FOLLOWS:

Gas Processing, Inc., a Louisiana corporation (the “Company”), whose principal office is located at 1803-H Mills Highway, Breaux Bridge, Louisiana 70517, has terminated and has commenced dissolution proceedings. The Company does not believe that it has any outstanding creditors, claims or claimants. Any person who believes that it is a creditor or claimant of the Company must present its claim in writing and in detail not later than May 27,2011, to the Liquidator, Jean Crawley, 1001 East Southeast Loop 323, Suite 160, Tyler, Texas 75701.
