“Johnny” joined the Army in 1959 and he loved to share stories about the time he spent in Germany. Following his time in the Army, he returned to Louisiana and worked various jobs. He loved to make people laugh and share a meal or cup of coffee with his friends and family. Johnny’s wonderful smile will be remembered well by those who knew and loved him.
A private family memorial service will be held in Kansas. A public memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
The family would like to thank the Ellsworth County Medical Center and Ellsworth Good Samaritan Society for the care and support they provided.
