D.A.R. SCHOLARSHIP – Emily Katherine Broussard of St. Martinville is the winner of this year’s Daughters of the American Revolution Good Citizen’s Scholarship contest. Broussard, a senior at Catholic High School in New Iberia,  was chosen based on her essay in which she describes qualities of good citizenship such as dependability, service, leadership and patriotism.
