The first dish prepared by Chef Nino was red beans and rice, followed by gazpacho and ratatouille.
President Arleen Oubre conducted a brief business meeting and reports were heard from committees.
Yvette Greig won the courtesy gift.
Elaine Case was chosen as the Valentine Queen.
The next meeting will be held at Shirley Fuselier’s home and there will be a guest speaker.
