Heartstrings & Angel Wings is a non-profit charity organization which provides clothing an other handmade items for babies in Neonatal Intensive Care Units. The items aid in comforting the babies and uplift the spirits of the baby’s family members. Clothing made for babies weighing one to five pounds is donated to family members in effort to relieve some of the stress felt when the newest family member is in intensive care. The gumbo cookoff is the major fundraiser of the organization. Donations are always graciously appreciated.
