St. Martinville – A Private Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church for Larry Phillip Durand, 93, who passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2020, at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center.
Rev. Bill Melancon will officiate at the Mass of Christian Burial.
Interment will follow at St. Michael Mausoleum in St. Martinville.

Breaux Bridge – A Funeral Service was held on Tuesday, July 21, at Pellerin Funeral Home for Christyal “Peanut” Belaire Chiasson, 49, who passed away on Friday, July 17, 2020.
Interment followed at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2.
She is survived by her husband, Dane Chiasson; son, Garrett Chiasson; sister, Mrs. Troy (Eunice) Frederick; step children, Breanna and Nathan Chiasson; two brothers, Kenneth and Patrick Belaire; and four grandchildren.
Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge was in charge of arrangements.

Henderson – A Funeral Service was held on Sunday, July 19, at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church for James D. Guidry, 92, who passed away on Friday, July 17, 2020.
Interment followed at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery.
James honorably served in the U.S. Army. He is survived by his two sons, Darwin and Kevin Guidry; brother, Earl Guidry; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris Wiltz Guidry.
Pellerin Funeral Home of Henderson was in charge of arrangements.
